Dear Folks,
This is your personal invitation to come on back to “The Haitian Congregation of the Good Samaritan annual summer camp” for a big reunion celebration at “ Camp Vacamas ”, which is located on the banks of Bear Mountain . We want you all to come out to reunite with your old friends from camp. There will be lots of fellowship, reminiscing, conferences and fun activities. It will be from Sunday, July 19, 2009-Saturday , July 26, 2009 .
We encourage you all to stay for the full week. In the event you cannot stay for the week, please come for a day or two. The total cost of the camp reunion is only $200.00. A special payment arrangement will be made to facilitate you and your family: You can start paying $50.00 from now until you finish paying for it. This fee will include three meals a day, two snacks and the use of all the recreational facilities on site. Please bring your spouses and children.
Enclosed, you will find all the items you will need for this enjoyable stay. Please let us know within a week from receipt of this letter if you will participate, or not. If possible, please email your confirmation in order to have that information in our database. Suggestions and ideas are also welcome.
